Delivery Terms: We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days* of receipt of approval of emailed layout design and payment in full.
Orders will be sent to the stockist by 1st class post. If requested to send the completed order direct to the enduser customer, then these will be sent by recorded delivery and a signature on delivery will be required.
We will not be held responsible for any duties or tax for shipping outside of the UK.
DELIVERY COSTS: All kits and silver posted free of charge to studios, if additional papers and wipes etc,... are requested to be sent without an order, then the cost of the postage will be added to the next order.
Also, if special delivery is requested or any other special postal service, a charge will be levied for these extra costs, and may be applied to the next order or invoiced separately.
Fingerprint moulding material is supplied with the 1st order for samples, when it has run low you must place an order with WoW Silver Ltd to replenish at the current list price, the moulding putty is not supplied free of charge.

Next to each item there is a description of the product. We have tried our best to ensure that all descriptions are accurate at the time of entering that item into the catalogue.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract of sale yet exists between us. Acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us begins when we ship your order. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, or where we are no longer able to supply a particular product due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may place your order online, email, by telephone or by post.
Remittance Terms
PayPal, or Credit/Debit card by phone (EUR prices will be calculated and charged to your card in £'s) or Bank Transfer (please email us for our bank transfer details)
If your order is time critical please email through your order to see if it is possible to make special arrangements, which must be paid for by the customer, Please note a signature is required on all Express Delivery & Special Delivery orders.
All claims of shortages MUST be made within 24 hrs of placing your order in order that we can track and trace your items.
Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail.
Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
Tax Charges
VAT is not charged on our silver products.
We are not liable for any possible import taxes or duty on goods sent abroad.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our web site we use recommend you use PayPal to make payments. If you wish to pay by card over the telephone please call us to do this.
Guarantees:
We guarantee the products are as specified and fit for the purpose of which they are sold.
All chains and jump rings are 100% tested for strength and security before dispatch.
Please Note: Breakages of chains/key-rings, etc... or loss of pendants are NOT covered by the guarantee, we recommend that you take out suitable insurance to cover any eventuality of loss or theft of your keepsake.
We can replace your keepsake by remaking form our records at the current retail list price, please contact us for further information.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a legal duty to protect any personal information we collect from you.
We will only use personal information you supply to us only for the reason that you provided it.
We will only hold your information for as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose.
We will not pass your information to any other parties unless this is made clear to you at the time you supplied it.
All employees and contractors who have access to your personal data or are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect your confidentiality.

a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service

Right to Cancel
Under the Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel our agreement within seven days of the contract beginning (when we ship your order and a payment is charged to your credit card). This does not apply to goods that are personalised and made to order, these goods are not refundable, unless they are faulty or do not conform to the specification or details have been incorrectly made to those specified on the order.
You must confirm in writing that you wish to cancel (you can do this via email). If you notify us that you wish to cancel before we have started to process your order, we will refund, in full, any charges made to your credit card, however we may charge an administration fee.
We reserve the right to recover delivery costs where cancellation has happened AFTER we have notified you of shipping the product.
The items should be in the same condition, which you received them. Items should be complete packs, un-opened and unused.
You agree that in the circumstances where you have already taken receipt of the order, you will be liable for all cost of the items until we receive the items returned to us in their original condition. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when returning goods to us. We regret we cannot offer refunds on items that we do not receive back and there is no proof of postage. You the customer agree to be liable for postage costs for returning items to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund, in full, the amount to the credit card to which the charge was originally made, or to the Paypal account if this method of payment was used.
For Wholesale/Trade orders we will enclose a receipt for payment with your goods, unless we are drop-shipping goods to your customer, then the receipt will be sent to your address only.
Returns
We want our customers to be happy, but we cannot accept returns for items that are supplied correctly made and to the requirements of the order placed.
We must be notified in writing (by email) and within 7 days of taking delivery if you intend want to return any product. After 7 days have passed we will deem that you have accepted the goods after inspecting them.
Items may be returned if faulty. For items that are damaged or faulty or not made to the specification of the original order, we will ask for these to be returned for examination and if the claim is found to be valid, then we will offer one of the following options:
1. Offer to replace the item at a cost to ourselves
2. Offer a full refund where the first option is not available.
Our preferred way for you to get in touch is by e-mail. It is your responsibility to ensure your inbox settings allows you to receive any email replies from us.
